There are four simple steps involved in setting up a User Account.
First, you will need to select your country of residence. If you don´t see your country listed, please select “More”.
When selecting “More”, depending on your country, it may be possible to create an account but only in English. Alternatively, if our services are not currently available in your country, we can notify you via email when FerratumBank has launched in your country.
Next, to create your user profile, you will need to enter your basic personal information including first and last name and mobile number.
You will then need to select a username and password
Lastly, will need to enter the one-time password that we will send to your mobile number so we can validate your user account.
Once you´ve created your User Account, there are three steps involved in setting up your Bank Account.
First, we will need to verify your identity. Depending on your country, verification can be made through a photo of your ID document (such as a passport) together with a “selfie”, or via a video call with our customer service.
Once verified, we will then need some additional personal information such as tax information and your address for correspondence.
Lastly, once you have completed your personal information, you will see a summary screen where you can review your information. You will be asked to confirm that all the information is correct before proceeding.
Once confirmed, your FerratumBank account will be opened.
